Network Monitoring (L-1 Support):
- Monitoring the Networks with 24*7*365 at the Regional/City level based on the following topologies:
- XPON/Docsis/LAN/SME/- OLT/CMTS/Switches
- Backhaul -Ring Failure & Outage
- Incidents report to Network Elements across PAN India, e.g., outage, fiber cut, CMTS/DCMTS /OLT issues, etc.
- Formalizing Outages and Coordinating with respective teams for restoration of services.
